What is the donation program?

The purpose of the donation program is to allow consignors to donate any part of their earnings to local non-profits that protect the environments that we love to play in, help others get outdoors, and support our community. We compile donations quarterly, and at the end of the year, Colchuck Consignment matches these donations to up to 5% of our after-tax profits. This program is launching in June 2022, and our first quarterly donations will occur after Q3.

How does it work?

Choose a set amount, a certain percentage, or choose to donate all your earnings to the non-profit(s) of your choosing! Donations will be made in a lump sum from all consignors, so donations will not be made in individual names or be tax-deductible.

How’s the program doing?

In 2022, between consignor donations, film fundraisers, and our match program we gave 22 local non-profits a total of $7174.

In 2023, between consignor donations, film fundraisers, and our match program we gave 24 local non-profits a total of $8596.01.
